Returns

This return policy applies to purchases made from Joyco UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“JOYCO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition in which you received it

  • be unworn or unused

  • include original tags

  • be in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase or receipt

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

Returned products must be in their original condition as described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
